Privacy notice

Last updated 10 April 2026. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

22decisions is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@22decisions.com.

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, to send the monthly briefing. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • Roundtable requests: your name, work email, job title, organisation, region and anything you choose to tell us, to assess and respond to your request. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in running the programme.
  • Purchases: details needed to process an order are collected by our payment provider on its checkout page, under its own privacy notice. We receive confirmation of the order, not your card details.
  • Research participation: survey and interview data is covered by the separate notice you receive when you take part.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To understand which pages are read we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses or building profiles of individual visitors.

Visitors in the UK and Europe are asked before analytics runs. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and you can change it here at any time.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run the site: Vercel for hosting and analytics, an email provider to deliver messages, and a payment provider for checkout. Some are based outside the UK and EU; where that is the case, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Roundtable requests are kept for up to two years so we can invite you to later sessions, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@22decisions.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
